Vancouver PCG Receives Artworks from a Filipino Visual Artist
Consul General Maria Andrelita S. Austria (right) and Mr. Jose Antonio S. Tan (left) sign the Deed of Donation at the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver on 25 August 2021. Mr. J.A. Tan is a Filipino-Canadian visual artist with autism, based in Vancouver, Canada. His work has been featured on a United Nations stamp and he has exhibited around the world.

2011 Artwork “Victory” selected as one of eight designs for the United Nations Postal Administration stamps for Autism Awareness released 02 April 2012. Mr. Tan also handed over a framed United Nations First Day issue stamp to Vancouver PCG.
