“Tribute to Kidlat Tahimik: Lolo of Filipino Indie Cinema” is a project of the Department of Foreign Affairs in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines. The project aims to boost the creative industry by highlighting the world-class oeuvre of Mr. De Guia, thereby shattering the silence and illuminating Philippine culture through film.
