Filipino citizens are entitled to a Philippine passport. Filipino citizens who have acquired Canadian citizenship are eligible to apply for a Philippine passport AFTER re-acquiring their Philippine citizenship under RA 9225.

To apply for a passport renewal, clients must book an appointment through https://appointment.vancouverpcg.org/. Personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.

WHO MAY APPLY FOR A PASSPORT RENEWAL?

  • Applicants who have a valid or expired New Generation ePassport;
  • Applicants who have a brown, green, or machine-readable passport;
  • Applicants who are applying for the replacement of a lost, stolen, unretrievable, or damaged passport, regardless of validity / expiration status;
  • Married female applicants who wish to have their passport reflect their husband’s surname;
  • Married female applicants who wish to revert to their maiden surname under the parameters of RA 11983;
