07 December 2021 – The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver conducted a two-day outreach, from 04 to 05 December 2021, in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Deputy Consul General Arlene T. Magno led the consular team composed of Consular Assistants Mary Ann Jurado, Michael Jay Tolentino and Kenneth Joya, Collecting Officer Erlinda Yamat, Assistant Labor Attache Olive Macawili, OWWA Assistant Lorraine Raymundo and SSS Representative Jonnah Cruzada.
A total of 358 consular services were rendered, which included 286 passport renewals and 72 other consular services. Some 32 returning Filipinos took their oath of dual citizenship in two batches on the second day of the outreach. This is the ninth and last consular outreach mission outside Metro Vancouver that the Consulate conducted this year.END
