PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL ATTENDS THE GRAND OPENING OF THE SECOND POTATO CORNER STORE IN BRITISH COLUMBIA

22 December 2020 – Deputy Consul General Arlene T. Magno attended the grand opening of the second store in British Columbia of the Filipino food cart giant Potato Corner in Surrey Central City Mall. “Potato Corner now proudly joins other iconic Philippine brands like Max, Goldilocks, PAL and Ayala, in putting the Philippines in the social and economic map of Canada, particularly in British Columbia”, DCG Magno said in her remarks during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Consulate’s attendance in the event is aimed at supporting Philippine businesses in British Columbia. END
