Philippine Consul General Magno Inducts the New Officers of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Vancouver Chapter (PICPA)

24 July 2023 – Consul General Arlene T. Magno inducted into office the new set of officers of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Vancouver Chapter (PICPA) led by its President, Mr. Antonio Matias, on 20 July 2023, during a ceremony held at the Hiton Metrotown in Burnaby.

In her remarks, Consul General Magno said that this induction ceremony is a demonstration of the officers’ awareness of the demands and accountabilities that come with their appointed roles. She likewise acknowledged the role of PICPA as a vital platform for Filipino accountants to come together and support each other, including preparing the new graduates in their profession or assisting newly arrived accountants in Vancouver.
