Philippine Consul General Gina Jamoralin Receives Consul General of Guatemala

VANCOUVER, 14 March 2025 – Philippine Consul General Dr. Gina A. Jamoralin received Mr. Mynor Joel Aguirre Medina, Consul General of Guatemala, at the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver on 12 March 2025.

The discussion covered immigration policies, support programs for migrant workers, and repatriation measures. Both sides acknowledged the contributions of their nationals to their respective economies and explored opportunities for collaboration.

The meeting reaffirmed both Consulates' commitment to strengthening support systems for their nationals in Canada through continued dialogue and cooperation. END
