ONLINE CONDOLENCE BOOK FOR FORMER SECRETARY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS ROBERTO R. ROMULO

The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver would like to inform the public of the opening of an online condolence book following the demise of Former Secretary of Foreign Affairs Roberto R. Romulo.

The late Secretary Romulo was appointed Ambassador to Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Communities from 1989 to 1992, and served as Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines from 1992 to 1995.
