Call for Nominations for the Seven Executive Members of the National Innovation Council

EXTENSION OF THE CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE SEVEN (7) EXECUTIVE MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL INNOVATION COUNCIL

The call for Nominations for the Executive Members to the National Innovation Council (NIC) is EXTENDED UNTIL NOVEMBER 6, 2022.

Pusuant to Section 6 of RA 11924, the creation of NIC comprising of 18 national government agencies shall include seven (7) executive members from the ranks of business, entrepreneur, academe, and the scientific community, and at least one (1) of whom shall be a woman.

Nominees for NIC Esecutive Members must be endoresed by a nominating party that is:

(a) duly registered or licensed business organization, RDI, or academioc institution; and,

(b) preferably with nation- or region-wide coverage of services and operations.
