The Philippine Commission on Elections has announced that the last day for updating of all postal or residential addresses by registered Filipino Overseas Voters within the same consular jurisdiction is 03 December 2021.
As the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver covers British Columbia, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, only those changes in residence that took place within this jurisdiction may be accepted for filing. This advisory does not apply to Filipino Overseas Voters who would like to transfer their voting records from British Columbia, Yukon or Northwest Territories to other provinces in Canada or from Canada to another country. Neither does it cover those wishing to notify the Consulate of the transfer of their voting records from Canada to the Philippines.
All those who would like to check their residential addresses on file may email the Consulate at overseasvoting@vancouverpcg.org. Those who have moved residences within the last few years are highly encouraged to notify the Consulate before the stated deadline. Please download the Overseas Voting Form 1 from the Consulate’s website, https://www.vancouverpcg.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Overseas-Voting-form-OVF-1.pdf, fill it out and sign it, and submit scanned copy to overseasvoting@vancouverpcg.org.
Thank you.
