Fees are payable in Canadian Dollars, in the form of cash, bank drafts and postal money order. Payments made by bank draft or postal money order should be payable to PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL IN VANCOUVER.
PERSONAL CHEQUES, DEBIT CARDS AND CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
A review of the exchange rate parity between the US and Canadian dollar is conducted on a quarterly basis. Any determination of holding the conversion rate, or undertaking an upward or downward adjustment, would be in accordance with prevailing exchange market conditions and short- to medium- term analysis and outlook.
