Filipino citizens are entitled to a Philippine passport. Filipino citizens who have acquired Canadian citizenship are eligible to apply for a Philippine passport AFTER re-acquiring their Philippine citizenship under RA 9225.

To apply for a passport, clients must book an appointment through https://appointment.vancouverpcg.org/. Personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.

WHO ARE CONSIDERED AS NEW PASSPORT APPLICANTS?

  • Filipinos who are applying for a Philippine passport for the first time;

NOTE: IF YOU FALL UNDER ANY OF THE  CATEGORIES BELOW, PLEASE PROCEED TO THE Adult – Passport Renewal Application:

  • Applicants who are applying for the renewal of a New Generation ePassport;
  • Applicants who are applying for the renewal of a brown, green, or machine-readable passport;
  • Applicants who are applying for the replacement of a LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED passport, regardless of validity / expiration status;
  • Applicants who are dual citizens but cannot present previously-issued Philippine passport/s due to loss, theft, or damage;
  • Female applicants whose previous marriage has been dissolved and want to revert to using the maiden surname in the passport;
